Julianne Wilkins grew up in Akron, Ohio, before moving to Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Florida State University. She later received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Kent State University and began her healthcare career as a Clinical Dietitian, helping patients improve their health and quality of life through education and personalized care.

Driven by a desire to further expand her role in patient care, Julianne went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida. Her strong clinical foundation, attention to detail, and passion for the neurosciences ultimately led her to pursue a career in neurosurgery at Total Spine & Brain Institute in 2020.

Over the years, Julianne has become a highly trusted and integral part of the surgical and clinical team, playing a vital role in both the operating room and outpatient setting. Known for her reliability, surgical experience, and compassionate approach to patient care, she is committed to helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every stage of treatment and recovery.

Outside of work, Julianne enjoys traveling, exploring new places, playing softball, and spending time with family and friends.
